He has worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, previously as a personal trainer and over time he has incorporated a holistic perspective on health, understanding the intricate balance between the body, mind, and spirit which has been the key to achieving greater results overall for himself and others.

He loves to incorporate crystals in his practice and is also interested in designing and creating things.
